Shipping policy

At NELI NAILS, we make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. This shipping policy outlines the delivery zones, delivery times, shipping fees, and delivery conditions.


1. Delivery Zones

NELI NAILS delivers its products to the following zones:

✔ Metropolitan France (including Monaco and Andorra)
✔ Europe (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom)
✔ International (United States, Canada, Overseas Territories and other countries)

If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@nelinails.com to verify the feasibility of delivery.

Important

  • All parcels are shipped with a tracking number, which will be communicated by email.

  • Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, public holidays, customs, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).


3. Order Processing

3.1. Preparation Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and high-demand periods).
Any order placed after 2:00 PM (Paris time) will be processed on the next business day.


3.2. High-Demand Periods

During high-demand periods (sales, Black Friday, end-of-year holidays, collection launches, pre-orders, or promotional operations), some products may be entirely handmade to order.

In such cases, the processing, manufacturing, and preparation time may exceptionally be extended up to 5 weeks before shipment.

The customer acknowledges and accepts this additional delay when validating their order.
NELI NAILS commits to informing the customer in the event of an exceptionally long delay.


3.3. Information Verification

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided.
NELI NAILS cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer.

The customer can track their parcel directly via the link provided by the carrier.

If the tracking number is not received within 48 hours after shipment, the customer is invited to contact support@nelinails.com and provide their order number.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1. Delivery Delays

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to:

✔ Check the tracking link provided
✔ Contact the carrier or pickup point
✔ Wait an additional 24 to 48 hours in case of exceptional delay

If the issue persists, the customer may contact contact@nelipresson.com so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.

NELI NAILS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or events beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, logistical disruptions, weather conditions, etc.).


5.2. Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the parcel is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, the customer is invited to:

✔ Check with neighbors, building reception, or caretaker
✔ Contact the carrier for further information
✔ Contact NELI NAILS if no solution is found

NELI NAILS commits to assisting the customer in their process but cannot be held responsible for losses related to an incorrect address or theft after delivery.


5.3. Parcel Made Available at Pickup Point and Not Collected

When the customer chooses delivery to a pickup point, it is their responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier.

In the event that the parcel:

✔ Was correctly delivered to the pickup point selected by the customer
✔ Was made available within the announced timeframe
✔ Generated notifications or reminders from the carrier

and is not collected within the allotted timeframe, the parcel will automatically be returned to NELI NAILS by the carrier.

In this situation:

The failure to collect does not constitute an error on the part of NELI NAILS.

The order will not be eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned parcel, NELI NAILS may proceed with a reshipment at the customer’s request.

Reshipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer.

These costs will be calculated according to the actual shipping price applied by the carrier at the time of reshipment and not according to the promotional or discounted rates offered during the initial order (free shipping or reduced rates).

The customer acknowledges that choosing pickup point delivery implies the responsibility to collect the parcel within the given timeframe.


6. Transfer of Risk

The transfer of risk occurs upon handover of the order to the carrier, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
